STOP Konsumsi, Ini Dia 69 Nama Sirup Obat yang Dilarang oleh BPOM karena Mengandung Cemaran EG Berlebihan

KALBAR TERKINI – Update daftar 69 nama sirup obat yang dilarang oleh BPOM karena mengandung cemaran EG berlebihan. 

BPOM baru-baru ini merilis daftar obat sirup yang dilarang beredar di pasaran karena mengandung cemaran Etilen Glikol yang melebihi ambang batas aman.

Tercatat ada 69 obat sirup dirilis oleh BPOM yang dilarang beredar dan harus ditarik dari pasaran.

Obat-obat tersebut berasal dari tiga perusahan farmasi swasta dimana BPOM akan menjatuhkan sanksi administrasi.

Tiga perusahaan farmasi swasta tersebut terbukti menggunakan bahan baku pelarut Propilen Glikol (PG) yang mengandung cemaran Etilen Glikol (EG) melebihi ambang batas aman pada obat sirup.

Adapun perusahaan yang dimaksud ada PT Yarindo Farmatama mengeluarkan 6 obat, PT Universal Pharmaceutical Industries 14 obat.

Terakhir PT Afi Farma 49 obat.

Perusahaan-perusahaan ini akan dicabut Sertifikat Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) serta izin edarnya.

Adapun seluruh obat sirup yang masuk dalam daftar yang dirilis BPOM harus ditarik dari pasaran kemudian dimusnahkan.
